Responsibilities include updating managing options in Envision, creating maintaining collateral, performing in-depth analysis to identify discrepancies improve consistency across departments systems. The role also includes data entry accuracy quality control, vendor manufacturer coordination to keep specs links current, sample orders coordination, version control to ensure collateral workbooks reflect the most current approved options. Additional duties as assigned.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provide support to the Design teams at all sites - create maintain collateral, create training documents, troubleshoot system problems, order facilitate samples, confirm procedures policies. Bring issues to management as needed. Maintain update Envision. Update photos, product creation manufacturer links. Work with the Envision Support Team to improve buyer experience. Research analyze issues - discrepancies between PlanGrid, interactive floorplans, marketing/sales minis, iDesigner, collateral, Robson website, option verbiage, options costs/pricing. Provide detailed breakdown of the issue potential resolution(s) for appropriate department(s). Troubleshoot flooring countertop workbook selection sheets.
