Responsibilities Prepare ocean and trucking quotations for customers and agents. Coordinate international freight with carriers and partners. Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers. Handle invoicing in accordance with shipping terms and agreed rates. Coordinate with Broker for Customs Clearance. Check cargo availability and arrange freight release or door deliveries. Deliver professional customer service via phone and email.
