Job Description

note: this is a non-design position focused on the business and operational side of the studio. Qualifications Must be based in the Lake Tahoe, Carson Valley, or Reno area must have a flexible schedule to accommodate designer on client presentations as well as travel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be polished and professional to deal with high-end clientele Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new design and business software Experience or ability to manage orders, invoices, tracking, and purchasing Comfortable communicating with vendors, tradespeople, and suppliers Able to coordinate deliveries, installations, and receiving Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines Reliable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Proficient in social media Creative and able to task on their own

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
