Job Description A Fuel Transportation Company in riverside seeking immediate opening for Experienced Scheduler. Successful candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, be attentive to details, organized and have good communication skills. Duties include but not limited to:

• Ability to develop and create profitable and productive shifts comprised of customer orders by assigning truck assets and driver personnel to increase volume.
• Keep an open communication with customers on their loads
• Assign drivers to trucks and make sure they have the correct documentation for their loads
• Communicate shift events with oncoming dispatchers
• Ability to complete daily requirements by customers
• Ability to communicate orally and written format
• Must be willing to work night/weekends/holidays when scheduled
• Must have great typing skills. Min 45wpm
• Must demonstrate ten key. Min 8500keystrokes per minute
• Must be courteous and hospitable to our office/customers. And must be able to speak clearly and professionally when answering phones or transferring calls.
• Able to work in group setting
• Ability to work AM shifts from 5:30am
• 6pm, 12 hour shifts
• Must be able to multi-task, must be a strong problem solver, must be able to work independent with little to no supervision after training.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or General Education degree
• 1 year of Trucking Dispatch/Scheduling Experience Required
• Dispatching/Scheduling in Fuel Trucking Industry a plus
