Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Production Supply Planner & Scheduler to join our manufacturing operations team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the efficiency of our production processes by developing accurate supply plans, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple production lines. Your expertise will help optimize resource utilization, minimize waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives that elevate overall manufacturing performance. Duties Create end-to-end production schedules that meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery Work closely with other members of the operations team to ensure that all resources are utilized efficiently and effectively. This will include Supply Chain/Procurement, Sales, Operations, Quality and Shipping/Warehouse Create and maintain Work Orders per MRP recommendations Maintain current shortage information on Work Orders as needed, working with Purchasing and Quality to track status and coordinate reschedules as necessary Update information received from Production Personal regarding WIP status in ERP system Work with Maintenance planner to schedule PM activity for all MFG equipment Responsible to manage Deviations and material substitutions that impact schedule Responsible for reviewing component availability and follow-up on any shortages Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address potential problems Prepare and present daily, weekly monthly production reports to the Management team. management Provide inputs to S&OP by creating a feasible schedule including any challenges associated with equipment /quality /material /manning /resources etc. Maintain and update process orders within the current ERP system Incorporate protocol-based activities like inspection into the schedules and liaisons with Quality for ensuring batches are cleared prior to being staged for a room release Perform additional duties related to schedule adherence Experience Proven experience in production management or manufacturing management within a high-volume environment. Extensive knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning platforms. Strong background in supply chain management, including supply chain analytics, demand planning, and inventory control. Demonstrated expertise in production scheduling, process improvement methodologies like Lean management and Six Sigma. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating actionable insights from complex datasets. Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams effectively while fostering cross-functional communication. Pay:

$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
