Wildomar, California Position:
Part-time to start
Schedule:
30 hours Monday-Thursday Tools and support: CRM, onboarding, scripts, and coaching provided What you'll help make possible Sports facility owners put serious work into developing athletes. Growing the business takes a different set of skills, systems, and resources. That's where The Training Solution comes in. We help facilities create additional revenue opportunities through branded apparel, custom online stores, recruiting tools, and implementation support. Our approach helps owners serve their athlete community beyond the building and scheduled training sessions. Your role is to open the conversation, understand the owner's needs, and help the right prospects take the next step. What you'll do Reach out to sports training facility owners through outbound calls and approved outreach channels. Ask questions about their business, goals, and current challenges. Explain our offer clearly enough for owners to understand why a meeting could be useful. Qualify prospects based on fit, interest, and readiness. Schedule appointments with our leadership team. Follow up with interested prospects and help booked appointments turn into attended meetings. Keep accurate contact records, conversation notes, and next steps in our CRM. Share objections and feedback so we can improve our outreach. Expect daily outreach, consistent follow-up, and rejection. Success comes from staying organized, learning from conversations, and doing what you said you would do. Why this role is worth a look Build skills you can carry throughout your career. You'll practice prospecting, asking better questions, handling objections, and communicating with decision-makers. Represent a concrete offer. You'll introduce services designed around real facility needs, including apparel, recruiting resources, and support with implementation. See how your work contributes. Your conversations can become qualified meetings and new facility partnerships. You could be a strong fit if you: Communicate clearly and sound natural on the phone. Listen closely and ask useful follow-up questions. Can hear "no" without letting it derail your day. Follow through without needing repeated reminders. Take feedback well and put it into practice. Stay organized across multiple conversations. Care about whether an appointment makes sense for the prospect. Experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, customer service, or the sports industry is helpful. Tell us what you've done and why you believe you'd succeed here. How we'll measure success We'll look at consistent outreach, meaningful conversations, qualified appointments booked, appointment attendance, and reliable follow-up. A strong appointment means the right decision-maker understands the purpose of the meeting and has a relevant reason to attend. Ready to start the conversation? Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short answer to this question: A facility owner says, "I'm interested, but I'm slammed right now." What would you say next? A few sentences are plenty. We want to see how you think and communicate.
