Operations Coordinator Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day business operations. This role works closely with multiple departments to keep projects organized, maintain accurate information, and ensure work progresses efficiently from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys solving problems while working in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily operational processes and assist with coordinating activities between departments. Maintain inventory records and help oversee material movement and logistics. Enter, update, and verify project and operational data within company software. Assist with project scheduling, monitor progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks to help keep projects on track. Prepare status reports for leadership and field operations staff The successful candidate will demonstrate: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. A collaborative attitude and willingness to support teammates when needed. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
