Scling Coordinator, Redi Carpet - Full Time

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day scling activities of apany operation. Maintain and expedite accurate scles to appropriate departments. Communicate with production department, installers and customers as necessary for scling dates.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Coordinates daily production scles with installers, vendors, sub-contractors, and customers to establish installation timelines.

Interacts with external customers, vendors, and internal staff to obtain information needed to facilitate work planning, scling prioritization, resolution of technical issues, incorporating changes and identification of other special requirements.

Communicates with customer regarding scling, status and technical issues.

Communicates installation date scles to internal departments as appropriate to ensure product is delivered by established deadline.

Coordinates flow and work orders according to quality control inspections, scle, and customer requests.

Maintains accurate records of all trades.

Utilizesputerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting.

Refersplex, unusual problems to supervisor.

Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, prores, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Work Environment

Located in afortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Most of the time is spent sitting in afortable position and t is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions t may be a need to move or lift light articles.

No travel required.

Education and Experience

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

$23.56-$28.61 Hourly
