Position Overview TriplePoint Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day business functions. This role will focus on coordinating purchasing, managing inventory, and overseeing shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Purchasing Coordination Process purchase orders and track vendor deliveries. Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, lead times, and resolve discrepancies. Assist in vendor evaluation and maintaining supplier relationships. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and reconcile inventory records. Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost control. Shipping & Receiving Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers. Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality. Administrative Support Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports. Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to support reporting, documentation, and communications.
Requirements:
Required 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar). Background in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain management. Knowledge of shipping regulations and best practices.
