Busy glass company seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. Duties include but not limited to: Answering telephone calls and emails, setting up customers for appointments and filing auto insurance claims, filing, daily deposit, accounts receivable. The individual MUST have experience with Microsoft Office, MUST be dependable, and willing to handle fast-paced environment. Must have experience with customer service prior. Able to multitask while handling customers face-to-face as well as via phone and email to schedule appointments and working directly with auto insurance claims for windshield replacements or various glass replacements in automobiles. Must have attention to detail and be able to learn the glass industry which is rapidly evolving. Able to choose correct parts pertaining to exact vehicle and ordering as well as creating purchase orders for the appropriate part based on market data provided.

Average Orientation Time:
