JOB DESCRIPTION

Operations Coordinator:

support day-to-day business operations of a wholesale distributor of consumer electronics and related technology products. Duties include coordinating order processing, documentation, and inventory tracking; invoicing and logistics support; preparation, review, and maintenance of the operational and business documentation; communicating with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams; maintaining accurate compliance and reporting records.

Requirements:

3 years progressive experience in administrative or operational coordination; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; experience handling business documentation and operational workflows.
