Role:

USA Windows and Doors is seeking a driven and energetic Appointment Setter to join our high-performing team. In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping to schedule in-home consultations for our expert sales team meeting home owners and setting appointments in the office for home improvements - Impact windows and doors, Roofing, Kitchen, Bathroom, A/C, Garage doors. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a nationally ranked home improvement company while developing your communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make appointments with potential customers using provided leads Effectively communicate the value of our impact windows and doors Qualify leads and schedule in-home appointments for sales representatives Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment outcomes Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and exceptional customer experiences Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals Follow up with potential customers as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills with a professional phone presence Positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment A "student mentality" and interest in advancing to leadership opportunities over time Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus but not required
