Position Overview ICJ Cargo Express is looking for a dependable and organized Fulfillment Operations Assistant to support the daily flow of orders, packages, and warehouse activities. This role helps ensure that orders are processed accurately, prepared on time, and moved efficiently through the fulfillment process. The position is suitable for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and can follow established procedures. No previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is required, and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Review incoming orders and confirm basic order information Help locate and prepare products for fulfillment Check items and quantities before orders move to the next stage Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing completed orders Move prepared orders to designated staging or shipping areas Update basic order and shipment information in company systems Help organize products and supplies within assigned warehouse areas Assist with receiving and putting away incoming materials Perform routine inventory checks and report discrepancies Communicate with warehouse and operations team members about order status Help identify missing, damaged, or incorrectly processed items Keep fulfillment work areas clean and organized Follow company procedures for safe handling of products and packages Assist with daily operational tasks as needed Perform other fulfillment support duties assigned by the team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills Reliable attendance and a responsible work attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages during the workday Willingness to learn new processes and procedures If you are dependable, organized, and ready to learn, we encourage you to apply for the Fulfillment Operations Assistant position at ICJ Cargo Express.
