Field & Operations Assistant — Naples, FL Looking for a job where no two days are the same? LakeTime Management is hiring a Field & Operations Assistant to help our growing Southwest Florida team. Our office is based in Naples, and this role offers the chance to grow with a newer location. This is a hands-on position that moves between clients' homes and the office. One day you might help prepare a home for an arrival; the next, you might coordinate a contractor, shop for supplies, or help manage the schedule. We're looking for someone dependable who takes initiative and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. What you'll do Help with housekeeping, home tasks, errands, shopping, and personal assistance Answer phones and help manage emails, schedules, and contractor coordination Use office software and assist with estimates and other administrative work Work closely with the Managing Director and take ownership of assigned tasks What we're looking for A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn Comfort with both physical indoor and outdoor work and computer-based tasks Clear communication and the ability to work independently A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Someone interested in staying with the company and growing with the team No prior experience is required. A background check is required.

Optional travel opportunity:

There may be opportunities to work in Northern Wisconsin during the summer, but travel is not required.

Pay:

From $40,000.00 per year
