Healthy Homes LLC — Bloomington-Normal, ILFull-Time Healthy Homes is looking for a dependable, motivated Construction Operations Assistant / Runner to support our growing construction and restoration company. This is not just a delivery-driver position. We are looking for someone who can become the go-to person for the day-to-day tasks that keep our jobs moving . You may be picking up materials in the morning, delivering equipment to a crew, meeting someone at a customer's property, taking jobsite photos, cleaning and organizing a vehicle, returning materials, helping prepare a jobsite, or handling another task that needs to get done. The right person enjoys variety, takes ownership, and doesn't need to be told every little thing twice. What You'll Be Doing Your responsibilities may include: Pick up and deliver construction materials to jobsites Make runs to suppliers, hardware stores, and vendors Deliver tools and equipment between jobs Return unused materials and equipment Load and unload company vehicles Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and warehouse areas organized Maintain basic material and equipment inventory Help prepare materials for upcoming projects Assist construction and restoration crews as needed Help with jobsite setup and cleanup Take jobsite photos and document completed tasks Meet subcontractors, vendors, or deliveries when needed Help protect customers' homes while working in occupied spaces Perform basic construction-related tasks when needed Communicate with project managers and office staff throughout the day Handle miscellaneous errands and operational tasks that keep projects moving Our work includes reconstruction, water mitigation, mold remediation, roofing/exteriors, crawlspaces, attics, insulation, and other residential construction services.
