Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Production Coordinator and become a vital driver of manufacturing excellence! In this energetic role, you will orchestrate production schedules, manage supply chain logistics, and ensure seamless communication across departments. Your proactive approach will help optimize manufacturing processes, improve inventory accuracy, and support the delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) to align with demand forecasts and capacity constraints Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage procurement, inventory control, and logistics inventory management Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and other production management systems to monitor production workflows and inventory levels Analyze Excel spreadsheets and data reports to identify trends, forecast demand, and support demand planning activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, logistics, and sales to ensure timely production and delivery schedules Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste or shortages Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles and analyzing production data for process enhancements Experience Proven experience in supply chain management, demand forecasting analysis, or production planning within a manufacturing environment Strong technical proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent manufacturing software Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Excel spreadsheets for forecasting and decision-making purposes Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and best practices for optimizing production workflows Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments Familiarity with technical concepts related to logistics inventory management, demand planning, and production scheduling Join us in shaping efficient manufacturing operations that drive success! Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
