Operations Coordinator responsible for supporting order flow, departmental scheduling, reporting, compliance, process improvement, and resource coordination within an operational environment. Job Requirements Experience monitoring order queues, workflow progression, or production schedules. Experience tracking action items, backlog, aged orders, and delivery performance. Experience supporting department scheduling and daily operational priorities. Experience tracking KPIs and operational performance metrics. Experience maintaining standard work instructions and departmental procedures. Experience supporting audits, assessments, or corrective action tracking. Experience coordinating employee training schedules. Experience with office and operational supply tracking. Experience coordinating equipment requests, repairs, or service requirements. Preferred Skills Experience with on-time delivery and service-level reporting. Experience supporting workforce planning activities. Experience with continuous improvement initiatives. Experience identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions. Experience with productivity, quality, safety, and delivery metrics. Experience supporting recovery plans for at-risk orders. Experience maintaining operational reports and dashboards. Experience coordinating activities across production and support functions. Job Responsibilities Monitor order queues and workflow progression to support on-time completion of customer orders. Coordinate daily department activities and operational priorities. Track action items and monitor completion status. Identify and escalate at-risk orders. Support recovery plans to reduce customer impact from delayed orders. Track and report on-time delivery performance, backlog, aged orders, and service-level metrics. Coordinate operational activities between production employees and support functions. Communicate process updates, policy changes, and operational information. Coordinate cross-functional activities and resource requirements. Track department KPIs, productivity, quality, safety, and delivery measures. Prepare and maintain operational performance reports. Support trend analysis and improvement initiatives. Coordinate employee training schedules. Support compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist with audits, assessments, and corrective action tracking. Identify process gaps and support implementation of process improvements. Support continuous improvement projects. Maintain standard work instructions and department procedures. Monitor office and operational supply requirements. Coordinate equipment requests, repairs, and service activities. Support workforce planning and department scheduling.
Pay:
