You may already be working as a roofing installer, construction laborer, material delivery driver, field technician, restoration technician, construction assistant, or crew member—and feel like you're capable of more.
Maybe you're ready to get off the tools and start learning how to manage projects and people. That's exactly the type of person we'd like to meet.
We're looking for someone who can walk onto a jobsite, recognize when something isn't right, and ask: "What needs to happen to get this taken care of?" This position gives you the opportunity to work directly with company leadership and learn how roofing projects are managed from beginning to end—from scheduling and material ordering through installation, quality control, documentation, and project completion.
