In this role, you are the first point of contact that gets that process started. About the Role As a Home Improvement Retail Appointment Setter, you will work inside Lowe's and speak with homeowners about Sunly Home's solar, battery, smart home, EV charging, and roofing services. You will not close a full project on the spot. Your job is to start helpful conversations, explain the value of upgrading home energy and roofing, and schedule qualified appointments with our consultants. This is a strong fit for someone who is outgoing, organized, and comfortable talking with shoppers in a busy home improvement store. What You'll Do Greet Lowe's customers and start friendly, professional conversations Educate homeowners on Sunly Home solutions, including solar panels, roofing, battery backup, smart home technology, and EV charging Help customers understand how these services can support energy savings, backup power, and home protection Identify interested homeowners and book appointments with Sunly Home consultants Keep accurate records of customer conversations and scheduled appointments Hit weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals Build a positive working relationship with Lowe's associates and store management Travel to assigned store locations and occasional branch meetings as needed What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable tracking appointments Friendly, approachable, and confident in a retail environment Knowledge of solar, roofing, or home energy is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation for multi-store travel and team meetings Ability to work 1-2 weekend days per week Pay & Benefits Uncapped commission with bonus potential Minimum performance earnings of about $62,000 per year or $29.50 per hour Paid time off and holiday pay Full training on Sunly Home energy and roofing services Opportunities to grow within the company If you like talking with homeowners and want to help people take the first step toward better home energy and roofing solutions, apply today and join Sunly Home at Lowe's.
