About the Role Role description Arcadis is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support a major biopharmaceutical manufacturing project. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated Primavera P6 master schedule that consolidates construction, commissioning and qualification, process development, manufacturing readiness, testing, tech transfer, and product launch activities into a single schedule-driven program. The ideal candidate will possess strong Primavera P6 expertise and experience supporting capital projects within complex, process-heavy biopharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing environments. This role is critical to ensuring schedule accuracy, milestone alignment, and cross-functional coordination through product launch. Responsibilities Role accountabilities Develop, maintain, and manage a comprehensive integrated master schedule in Primavera P6. Consolidate existing schedules from construction, commissioning and qualification, process development, manufacturing, and product development workstreams into a single master program schedule. Integrate schedules currently managed in Microsoft Project and Smartsheet into a centralized Primavera P6 platform. Establish and manage critical path activities, milestone dependencies, and schedule logic across multiple project functions. Coordinate capital project, process development, manufacturing readiness, qualification, testing, and product launch activities through key project milestones. Facilitate schedule alignment workshops with project stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints. Perform schedule updates, forecasting, variance analysis, and schedule recovery planning as necessary. Partner with project management, engineering, CQV, manufacturing, and process development teams to maintain milestone accuracy. Identify and communicate schedule risks, delays, and opportunities that may impact overall project delivery. Support monthly schedule review meetings and milestone-leveling workshops to ensure alignment across all project workstreams. Maintain schedule quality standards, reporting metrics, and executive-level schedule summaries.

Qualifications Qualifications & Experience:

Master Schedular Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, Business, or a related discipline. 5+ years of project scheduling or project controls experience supporting large capital projects. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software. Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for complex industrial or manufacturing projects. Strong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule logic, resource loading, and schedule risk management. Experience consolidating multiple workstream schedules into a unified project schedule. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments. Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software. Strong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule logic, resource loading, and schedule risk management. Preferred Skills Preferred Qualifications Experience within biopharmaceutical, biologics, cell and gene therapy, viral vector, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or life sciences environments. Familiarity with commissioning and qualification, CQV, tech transfer activities, EMPQ, manufacturing readiness, and validation timelines. Understanding of manufacturing process flows, laboratory testing activities, microbiology testing, and product launch requirements. Experience supporting capital projects within existing GMP manufacturing facilities. Knowledge of project controls, earned value management, and schedule forecasting methodologies. Prior experience supporting process-intensive manufacturing environments where project schedules are closely linked to production readiness and commercialization activities. Pay range and compensation package Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. Salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location. About the Role Work Arrangement The preferred candidate will be local to the project site and able to support weekly onsite collaboration and stakeholder meetings. Highly qualified remote candidates may be considered if they can participate onsite during an initial integration workshop and travel onsite at least once per month for schedule reviews, milestone-leveling sessions, and project workshops.
