We are seeking to hire an Advancement Operations Coordinator . $19.76 to $31 per hour based on skills and experience. 30 hours/week; Monday
Advancement Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
College degree (or equivalent work experience). 3 years of work experience maintaining a relational database required; Blackbaud, Millenium or similar development information system. Blackbaud Razor's Edge training required; Fundamentals course certificate preferred. Event planning experience preferred. Experience working effectively with Board members and the general public.
Advancement Operations Coordinator Job Summary:
Support the work of the Director of Foundation and others in planning programs, generating reports and tracking information concerning gifts, donors, prospects and volunteers. Support all fundraising and engagement efforts, including maintaining data quality and integrity, daily gift processing and gift acknowledgements. Maintain records on all donors, prospects, other individuals and organizations in the Foundation's database/information system ( Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge ). Enter all gifts, pledges, in-kind and on-line/credit card or securities gifts and donor-related data into the information system in a timely manner. Send gift acknowledgements, pledge payment reminders, memorial gifts and letters to families of the deceased. In cooperation with the Director, implement D'Youville's Prospect and Donor Research and Management program which utilizes Raiser's Edge , Blackbaud's Target Analytics' ResearchPoint and Wealthpoint. Support Community and Foundation event programs representing data concerns (e.g. registration and payments, mailing lists).
