Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Planner/Scheduler - Turbine Support to lead complex maintenance and outage scheduling for turbine operations across our generation fleet. In this role, you will develop and optimize detailed work plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure alignment with safety, regulatory, and reliability standards. You will analyze performance data, identify schedule risks, and recommend improvements that minimize downtime and support cost-effective, sustainable operations in a fast-paced, innovative culture. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed maintenance and outage schedules for turbine support activities Coordinate cross-functional resources, materials, and contractors to execute planned work Monitor schedule progress, analyze variances, and adjust plans to meet reliability and safety targets Use CMMS/EAM and scheduling tools to optimize work sequencing and resource utilization Identify schedule risks and constraints, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards in all scheduled work Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to align plans with plant priorities Generate reports and performance metrics to support data-driven decision making Continuously improve planning and scheduling processes and best practices Required Skills Project scheduling Maintenance planning
