Supervise temporary workers during the sorting process. Train temporary workers in sorting procedures and best practices. Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines. Keep the warehouse clean and organised. Coordinate truck dispatch and ensure smooth delivery operations. Design efficient delivery routes for drivers to optimise delivery times and fuel efficiency. Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels. Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is essential. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage. Experience with package sorting and order fulfilment. Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
