We are in search of a Full Time Scheduling Coordinator to manage employee scheduling for our Nursing staff.

Qualified candidates will have:

This position provides all personnel and facility contacts with prompt, courteous attention to their requests and to provide administrative clerical support. Maintain computerized Nursing department schedules under the established guidelines.

Salary:

Starting wage: $20.85 -$22.35/hour

INCLUDING

$0.85/hour employer paid supplemental pay through 09.30.26 Essential Functions of the position include, but not limited to: Manage and create schedules for the Nursing staff Manage PTO requests and Leave of Absence requests Manage day to day scheduling for staffing needs Supply ordering and replenishment/inventory tracking

Requirements:

Experience in Scheduling a 20+ employee Department Professional interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to successfully manage, prioritize and organize multiple tasks Ability to work one weekend a month Some of our
