The Production Manager of Gutter Installation will be responsible for managing all aspects of gutter installation projects, including planning, scheduling, quality control, and team management. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in exterior construction including gutter systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the gutter department, including scheduling and coordinating installation projects to meet customer timelines and quality standards. Supervise and provide leadership to gutter installation crews, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct job site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that gutter installations meet specifications and customer expectations. Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to review project proposals, provide input on pricing, and ensure accurate project planning and resource allocation. Monitor inventory levels of gutter materials and supplies, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability for projects. Train and develop gutter installation teams on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Maintain effective communication with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices on all job sites. Prepare and analyze departmental reports, including project performance metrics, labor costs, and profitability. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor teams to achieve operational goals and deliver high-quality work. A strong understanding of exterior construction, materials, and installation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, contractors, and team members. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to construction and installation work. Work primarily in an office environment with occasional visits to job sites and customer locations. May require working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Experience:

Experience using project management software and CRM systems. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.

Drivers License:

Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
