Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls Schedule appointments appropriately Verify all insurance as needed via online or phone Contact patients as necessary for follow up appointments These are the main roles. All of this is completed in a team environment! CLD team members are patient and organized in order to smoothly sort out potential obstacles in a timely manner, creating a calm environment for the patients, the team and yourself!
