St. Charles Community College is seeking an Academic Operations Specialist to support program review, assessment processes, articulation agreements, and experiential learning initiatives. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of academic quality assurance processes, supporting faculty and leadership with data-informed decision-making, and maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Review & Assessment
Coordinate institutional program review cycles, timelines, and documentation in collaboration with IRE
Monitor submission of annual and comprehensive program reviews
Compile and synthesize program-level data (enrollment, outcomes, completion) in collaboration with IRE
