Job Description

Header Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Testing Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of product testing processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Your expertise will help maintain rigorous quality control, interpret technical drawings, and utilize various non-destructive testing techniques to verify product integrity. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute surface mount technology (SMT) testing procedures on electronic assemblies to verify functionality and adherence to specifications Conduct non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), penetrant testing, and X-ray inspection techniques to identify defects or inconsistencies Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide inspection and testing activities accurately Perform quality inspections at various stages of production, ensuring compliance with ASME codes & standards and safety protocols Collect, analyze, and document data from equipment testing, quality control checks, and analysis skills assessments for continuous improvement Utilize hand tools, calipers, micrometers, soldering equipment, and other measurement devices for precise inspection and assembly verification Maintain detailed records of all tests performed, including equipment calibration logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation Skills Extensive knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) assembly and electronic component testing Strong understanding of non-destructive testing techniques including ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), penetrant testing, magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and X-ray inspection methods Proficiency in interpreting mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate inspection procedures Familiarity with ASME codes & standards related to manufacturing and equipment testing Excellent data collection, analysis skills, and attention to detail for quality assurance processes Ability to operate hand tools, calipers, micrometers, soldering irons, and other precision measurement instruments Knowledge of safety protocols related to equipment operation and non-destructive testing environments Experience with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes Mechanical knowledge combined with a strong understanding of aircraft non-destructive testing practices is highly desirable Join us as a Production Testing Coordinator if you're eager to ensure the highest standards of quality in manufacturing through meticulous inspection techniques and innovative testing methods.
