Job Description

We are a busy Mohs surgery practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mohs Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in coordinating patient care and ensuring a smooth experience from pathology results through surgical treatment and follow-up.
Responsibilities include:
Discussing pathology results and treatment recommendations with patients Scheduling Mohs surgery, excisions, and other surgical procedures Scheduling postoperative and follow-up appointments Communicating treatment plans and next steps clearly and professionally with patients Coordinating with physicians and clinical staff regarding patient care Documenting patient communications and scheduling information accurately Providing excellent customer service and maintaining patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
Previous medical office or clinical experience required Strong knowledge of medical terminology required Previous pathology experience preferred, but not required Knowledge of dermatology and/or Mohs surgery is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with patient needs About the
Position:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong medical background who enjoys working directly with patients and coordinating their care. Dermatology and Mohs experience is highly valued, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has the necessary medical knowledge and a willingness to learn.
