JOB SUMMARY
The Scheduling Coordinator will assist assigned facilities with staff scheduling support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Help create a culture of superior customer service
Be a problem-solver
Responsible for helping create and maintain staff schedules and shifts worked
Proactively manage scheduling requirements for full-time, part-time, and PRN employees
Utilize the scheduling system and/or manual records of staffing assignments and changes
Communicate with facility and staff to fill open shifts and call-ins
Review and assist with daily clinical staffing to help ensure targeted staffing levels
Help create staffing patterns and templates to increase efficiency and staff satisfaction
Work collaboratively with clinical unit and operations leadership to facilitate staffing changes/adjustments
Assist with attendance and absence tracking
Assist with data collection for reporting

REQUIREMENTS
Experience with staff scheduling in healthcare, preferrable Long-Term Care
Experience with scheduling software
Superb communication skills
