Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Sort packages by zip code for delivery. Supervise temporary workers during the sorting process. Train temporary workers in sorting procedures and best practices. Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines. Keep the warehouse clean and organized. Coordinate truck dispatch and ensure smooth delivery operations. Design efficient delivery routes for drivers to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency. Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels. Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is essential. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely. Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment. Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
