Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Rastelli Foods Group has been an industry leading corporation supplying the highest quality food products and service since 1976. "From our Family to Yours" Rastelli's is looking to hire a Production Data Entry Coordinator to join our growing team in Mt Royal, New Jersey.
Position Summary:
The Production Data Entry Coordinator will support daily production, inventory, receiving, and shipping activity by accurately creating, updating, reviewing, and closing production-related entries throughout the workday. This role will help ensure system records are timely and accurate, inbound and outbound purchase orders are created properly, and inventory consumption is reviewed in coordination with Inventory Control and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and review production entries throughout the workday.
  • Close production entries accurately and on time as production activity is completed.
  • Review inventory consumed by production entries and identify any discrepancies or adjustment needs.
  • Partner with Inventory Control to research and resolve inventory consumption issues.
  • Create purchase orders for inbound activity and ensure information is accurate before receiving.
  • Create purchase orders and customer orders related to shipping activity.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound loads in coordination with receiving, shipping, and production needs.
  • Communicate daily with Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping, and Production teams to support smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and help ensure system activity matches physical product movement.
  • Escalate issues, delays, or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor or department lead.
Required Collaboration:
This position will work closely with Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping, and Production Planning teams to ensure accurate data entry, timely production closeouts, proper inventory adjustments, and effective inbound and outbound scheduling.
Recommended Qualifications:
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
  • Experience with warehouse production, inventory systems, preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up until issues are resolved.
  • Basic computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WMS systems preferred.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed based on business and operational needs.
  • Flexibility to work in temperature-controlled environments, including frozen, chilled, and dry areas.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily office-based with regular interaction across departments and occasional visits to production areas as needed. This is a full time non-exempt position Pay Range $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
