Production Coordinator Radwell International LLC | Production Operations Full-Time | Hourly |
On-site Schedule:
Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046 The Production Coordinator position is responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and expediting repair parts within the standard production flow. This role ensures quality, on‑time delivery, and constant customer awareness throughout the repair process by communicating revised delivery expectations through phone, email, and fax as required. Key Responsibilities
  • Expedite and communicate when expected delivery dates are missed for the following production statuses:
  • Awaiting Assignment / Dispatched to Technician / Being Repaired
  • Awaiting Parts / Parts Research / Parts Ordered
  • QA Further Evaluation / BER Evaluation
  • Enhance, improve, and manage customer communication processes regarding repair status and delivery expectations
  • Ensure customers are provided with all available options through purchasing, sales, and engineering as required
  • Manage follow‑up processes to confirm customer satisfaction after corrective action
  • Assist with data research and fact‑finding to support technician monthly performance reviews and metric tracking
  • Support Repair Production Team Leaders and Technicians with inventory management related to production processes
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong focus on department growth and process improvement Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Strong problem‑solving abilities Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training
  • Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus Physical Demands
  • Occasional sitting, reaching or working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Frequent walking
  • Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds Compensation & Commission The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $18-$20 per hour . Within the base pay range, individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Radwell Benefits
