Responsibilities Rotate through operations, project management, and materials production assignments Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of construction and materials projects Assist with jobsite and plant safety practices and compliance Analyze operational and production data to identify improvements Support quality control and testing of construction materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for leadership Participate in leadership, technical, and safety training programs Required Skills Project coordination Construction materials knowledge Data analysis MS Excel MS Project or similar Safety compliance Quality control basics Report writing Time management Cross-functional communication
