About the Role As our Operations Support Coordinator, you'll be the first face our customers see and the backbone of our Service Department's day-to-day administration. At the front desk, you'll greet walk-in customers, answer phones, process rental paperwork, take payments, and field questions about our equipment and availability. Behind the scenes, you'll support our Service Department by opening and tracking work orders, scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance, ordering and receiving parts, maintaining service records and equipment files, and keeping technicians and customers informed on repair status. Adaptability and strong organizational skills are key as you shift between helping a customer at the counter and chasing down a parts order five minutes later. You'll take ownership of your tasks from start to finish, keeping our service operation running smoothly and our customers satisfied. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure. Attention to detail matters here:

service records, work orders, and parts orders all have to be accurate. Comfort with computers and service software is important, and mechanical or equipment familiarity is a plus but not required — we'll teach you the equipment.
