Senior Operations & Client Services Associate Full-Time | In Person | Westbury, NY 10+ Years in Financial Services? Maybe It's Time to Stop Commuting Past Your Career. You've spent years learning this business. You know what good client service looks like. You know how accounts actually get opened, funded, transferred, serviced, documented, and kept moving. You know the difference between someone who understands financial-services operations and someone who simply follows a checklist. And after 10+ years in the industry, you may also know something else: You shouldn't have to spend hours commuting into Manhattan every week just to find meaningful work. Florio Wealth Management Group is looking for an experienced financial-services professional to join our team in Westbury, Long Island . We're looking for someone local who wants to bring a decade or more of industry knowledge to a growing wealth management firm where experience, judgment, relationships, and attention to detail are genuinely valued. This Is Not an Entry-Level Operations Position We are not looking for someone who needs to learn the financial-services industry from scratch. We're looking for the person other people have relied on. Someone who understands what happens behind the scenes when serving investment and insurance clients. Someone who can look at a piece of business and know what needs to happen next. Someone who catches missing information before it creates a problem. Someone advisors trust because when they hand something to you, they know it will get handled. If you have 10+ years of financial-services experience and that sounds like you, we should talk. Why Florio Wealth Management Group? For nearly four decades, Florio Wealth Management Group has helped families and locally owned businesses make better financial decisions. Our approach goes beyond products and transactions. We believe financial planning should start with what matters most to the client, their values, their goals, their family, their business, and the life they want to build. Our team works collaboratively to coordinate financial planning, investments, insurance, and related wealth-management needs so clients receive a more organized and integrated experience. And now we're looking for an experienced operations and client-service professional who can help us deliver that experience at an exceptional level.
What You'll Own:
Client Service You'll play an important role in making sure clients feel known, supported, and taken care of.
That includes:
Managing client service requests from beginning to resolution
Coordinating scheduling, communications, reports, documentation, and follow-up
Supporting advisors before, during, and after client meetings
Managing and improving the client onboarding experience
Overseeing financial-planning renewals, documentation, fee collection, and follow-through
Building strong relationships with clients and serving as a trusted point of contact
Identifying service issues early and taking ownership of getting them resolved Clients shouldn't have to wonder what's happening. Advisors shouldn't have to chase things. You'll help make sure neither happens. Operations This is where your experience becomes especially valuable. You'll help keep the engine of the firm running by:
Opening and maintaining investment and insurance accounts
Processing custodian, carrier, client, and firm paperwork
Supporting asset transfers and investment implementation
Monitoring account activity and transactions
Supporting trading, reporting, documentation, and CRM workflows
Managing insurance underwriting cases through completion
Preparing recurring operations reports
