1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30
PM Pay Rate :
$18.00-$20.00/hr, based on experience

Hamilton, OH Production Coordinator / Production Scheduler Requirements/Qualifications Resume and interview required. High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control, planning, scheduling, or related operations support preferred. Experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations preferred. Familiarity with bills of material (BOMs), routings, and work instructions preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with Production, Materials, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams. About the Production Coordinator / Production Scheduler Role As a Production Coordinator / Production Scheduler, your responsibilities will include: Release production orders in SAP according to established planning and scheduling requirements. Review production orders for accuracy and completeness before releasing them to production. Ensure production orders include the appropriate documentation, routing, BOMs, and work instructions. Maintain production order status throughout the manufacturing process. Print and assemble production order packets for manufacturing personnel. Verify packets contain production orders, BOMs, work instructions, quality documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications. Distribute completed production packets to the appropriate production areas. Support Production Planners with manufacturing schedules, schedule updates, and order prioritization. Monitor production progress and work center loading and communicate scheduling concerns. Coordinate with Production, Materials, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve scheduling issues. Execute production transactions accurately within SAP and maintain system data accuracy. Generate reports and production data for planners and operations leadership. Identify and correct system discrepancies affecting production execution. Communicate production priorities and schedule changes to shop floor personnel. Escalate material shortages, documentation issues, and scheduling conflicts. Participate in daily production and planning meetings as required. Support continuous improvement efforts focused on schedule attainment and production efficiency. Maintain compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
