Medical Records-Scheduler "Clinical Management Position"
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records professional to join our team at Buckeye Commons Care & Rehabilitation in Kent, OH. As a Medical Records professional, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and organized medical records for patients receiving care at our facility Ensure all records are up-to-date, complete, and compliant with HIPAA regulations Perform audits and quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve medical record discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in medical record management Develop and implement processes to improve medical record management efficiency and accuracy
Scheduling Requirements:
Active Nursing License High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred 0 years of experience in medical records management or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
