We believe healing starts from the first point of contact, and our front office team plays a critical role in setting the tone for every client's experience. Position Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and organized Front Office Scheduler to join our growing team! You'll be the first smile clients see and the one who helps coordinate their journey toward healing. Key Responsibilities ✨ Schedule initial assessments and follow-up appointments for clients Verify insurance benefits and collect necessary documentation Maintain a clean, welcoming front office and waiting area Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information Collaborate with clinical and admin staff to ensure efficient scheduling Maintain accurate client records using electronic systems Support with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of insurance verification is a bonus Why Join Us?
