Job Description

Water & Fire Restoration Production Coordinator Complete Detail Cleaning & Restoration

  • Tipp City, Ohio Full-Time | $25
  • 35/hour + Overtime + Performance Bonuses About the Position Complete Detail Cleaning & Restoration is looking for a highly organized Water & Fire Restoration Production Coordinator to help coordinate our water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and emergency restoration projects throughout the Greater Miami Valley.

This position sits at the center of our restoration operation—coordinating customers, restoration technicians, Project Managers, Restoration Specialists, inspections, subcontractors, and daily production schedules from the initial loss through project completion. If you have restoration coordination experience, you'll immediately recognize many aspects of this role. If you come from construction, field-service operations, dispatching, project coordination, or production management, we're also interested in candidates whose skills can transfer into restoration. This position can range from a strong Restoration Coordinator focused on scheduling and project coordination to a higher-level Production/Operations Coordinator helping manage production capacity, job flow, KPIs, and departmental performance. We are willing to build the position around the capabilities of the right person. What You'll Be Responsible For Your primary responsibility is simple: Keep restoration projects moving and help the department perform.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate water mitigation, fire/smoke, mold, and other emergency restoration projects Manage daily and upcoming restoration production schedules Coordinate restoration technicians, Project Managers, specialists, customers, inspections, equipment needs, and subcontractors Monitor active projects and ensure every job has a clear next step Coordinate emergency projects as they enter the production schedule Identify stalled projects, scheduling gaps, and production bottlenecks Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout their restoration project Follow up with field personnel and management Maintain accurate project information and documentation Help coordinate projects from initial inspection through production and completion Improve communication between office and field operations Provide backup customer-service support when needed Help management accomplish weekly and monthly production goals Identify workflow problems and help develop solutions Production Management Opportunity For a more experienced candidate, this position can grow significantly beyond traditional restoration coordination.

Higher-level responsibilities may include:

Monitoring weekly scheduled production and revenue Understanding departmental production KPIs Managing production capacity across multiple restoration crews Identifying unused labor and scheduling capacity Recognizing production gaps before they become problems Helping prioritize projects based on urgency, customer needs, capacity, and revenue Working with management to remove operational bottlenecks Coordinating subcontractors and outside resources on larger projects Finding opportunities to increase production without unnecessarily increasing internal headcount Improving operational systems and processes Supporting departmental accountability and performance Growing into Assistant Office Management and greater operational leadership At this level, we're looking for someone who can look at our entire production schedule and understand: What's moving? What's stalled? Where do we have capacity? What are we missing? What needs to happen next? And then help take action.

Compensation & Earning Potential Starting Pay:

$25.00

  • 35.00/hour , based on experience, capability, and level of responsibility. All hours worked over 40 hours in a workweek are paid at time-and-a-half . Our typical working schedule is approximately 47.5-50 hours per week . Hourly RateApproximate Annual Earnings

5-50 working hours per week and include applicable overtime. Bonuses and additional incentives are not included. Production Performance Bonus As the employee develops into the production-management responsibilities of the position, they may qualify for our Mitigation Production Performance Bonus .

Current monthly bonus opportunities:

$1,000 → $1,500 → $2,500 → $3,250 → $4,000 per month Production bonus levels are based on Mitigation Department performance and revenue per employee, beginning at approximately $300,000 in annual revenue per mitigation employee and increasing through $400,000+ per employee . At the highest current performance tier, this represents up to an additional $48,000 in annual production bonus opportunity if the applicable requirements are achieved each month.

Relevant experience may include:

Water/fire restoration coordination Mitigation project coordination Restoration project management Construction coordination Field-service management Dispatching or scheduling Production management Operations coordination Project coordination Office operations Experience with Housecall Pro, Encircle, Xactimate, or similar restoration/project-management software is a plus. We can teach our systems and restoration processes.
