$45,000
•58,000 per year (DOE, Salaried) Keizer Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator with strong communication skills to join our dedicated healthcare team. As the Scheduling Coordinator , you will play a key role in ensuring appropriate staffing coverage by developing, implementing, and maintaining effective scheduling processes for our nursing team. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage nursing staff schedules and all related records Create and post the four-week master schedule in compliance with Hourly Scheduling policies Ensure staffing patterns meet operational and regulatory requirements Adjust staffing based on census changes, call-offs, budget considerations, and approved leaves Process requests for time off, vacation, sick time, and other absences with Director of Nursing approval Track absenteeism and scheduling documentation and keep leadership informed Comply with Resident Rights policies and ensure they are upheld at all times Provide administrative support as assigned (as needed) Qualifications 1-2+ years of staff scheduling experience (healthcare preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation abilities Strong leadership, organizational, and presentation skills Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Benefits & Perks Career advancement opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family Company-paid life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition reimbursement
