The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing schedules, fielding customer questions, and providing technical support when needed.

What You'll Do:

Schedule customer appointments using Google Calendar Answer phone calls and communicate professionally and clearly with customers Send follow-up emails with appointment info and product manuals Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Collaborate with team members and support both customers and colleagues with technical questions Help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized workflow

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (36-40 hours/week)

Compensation:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Weekends off
