The Corporate Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules across multiple mechanical construction projects. This role works closely with project managers, operations, field leadership, and executive management to support effective planning, resource allocation, and on-time project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules from preconstruction through project completion. Create and update Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules and identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities. Coordinate with project teams to establish milestones, work sequencing, manpower requirements, procurement, and fabrication activities. Monitor project progress and provide schedule updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management. Support workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple projects. Perform schedule impact analyses related to project changes and delays. Assist with bid schedules, project planning, and operational forecasting. Maintain corporate scheduling standards and best practices. Qualifications 5+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably in mechanical field of: plumbing, HVAC, piping work Proficiency with Primavera P6 OR Microsoft Project & Microsoft's full suite Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and CPM scheduling. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
