The Role We are looking for a hands-on AI and automation specialist to join our team of about 25 in the office. You will learn how our team works day to day, find where AI can save time and improve service, then build, launch, and manage the AI agents and automations that make it happen. This is a doing role, not a slide-deck role. Your first project is getting AI-assisted ACA renewal outreach running in Zoho CRM before Open Enrollment begins November 1. What You Will Do Shadow our office and field teams to map client service, renewals, enrollments, lead intake, and admin workflows. Build a prioritized AI plan across all three companies, ranked by impact and ease. Build and launch AI agents and automations, starting with ACA renewal outreach in Zoho CRM.

Connect and automate our tools:

Zoho CRM (including Zia), Microsoft 365, JustCall, PhoneBurner, and AI voice tools. Monitor, update, and fix agents so they run reliably with little manual work. Train staff with simple guides and short sessions so the team actually uses the tools. Write and maintain our AI-use policy, data-privacy practices, and handoff rules to licensed agents. Report monthly on hours saved, renewal rates, lead response times, and adoption. What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience building automations or AI workflows for a business. Experience with a CRM platform

• Zoho CRM strongly preferred (Deluge, workflows, Blueprints, or Zia a plus).

Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Zia, or AI voice/calling platforms. Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and integration tools (Zapier, Make, Zoho Flow, or similar). Clear, plain-language communication with non-technical coworkers. Strong judgment about privacy and compliance, including consent rules for automated calls and texts (TCPA) and protecting client personal and health information. Organized, self-directed, and able to show results quickly. Nice to Have Experience in insurance, healthcare, financial services, or another regulated industry. Familiarity with ACA/Marketplace enrollment or renewals. Basic scripting (Python or JavaScript). Zoho certification. Why Join Us Build the AI program for three growing companies from the ground up.
