Job Summary We are currently seeking an Office Scheduling Admin to join our team for a full-time role. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling employee shifts and onboarding new team members. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the Owner/Executive Director. Key Responsibilities Schedule shifts for employees using scheduling software. Conduct interviews and onboard new team members. Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to client requests and schedule changes. Serve as an emergency or backup caregiver when needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required :
Experience with scheduling in a fast-paced environment. Wellsky or AxisCare experience.
Preferred :
Current or former CNA with a background in caregiving. Strong interviewing and mentoring skills. Proven customer service experience. Ability to respond quickly to clients and team members, typically within 15 minutes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Some post-high school education is required; a 2-4 year degree is preferred.
