Job Description

Job Overview The Operations Assistant provides administrative, facility, and training support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business. This is a contract position and weekly hours will vary; this role will begin at 40

80 hours per month.

This role requires flexibility and willingness to assist in many aspects of daily operations. No two days are exactly alike.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

Accurate data entry
Assist with class logistics and class preparation
Strong computer literacy with excellent typing, proofreading, and data entry skills are required
Maintain inventory of training materials Training and Operations Support
Set up and break down training areas and testing courses
Assist exam proctors as directed
Perform errands and miscellaneous operational tasks Facility Maintenance
Perform routine light cleaning of offices classrooms, and common areas
Empty trash, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
Keep the facility organized, presentable, and ready for classes and visitors Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, and climb stairs
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
