Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized HR/Scheduler to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our human resources operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, efficient personnel management, and compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, support talent acquisition efforts, and streamline HR processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic workforce planning while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage employee schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels across departments Assist with talent acquisition activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires Support employee orientation programs and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences Maintain accurate HR records. Assist with employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold HR legal compliance standards in all activities Support project management tasks related to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design Skills Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and change management strategies
MUST HAVE A CNA OR HCA LISENCE
in order to undestand the job in and out. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR sourcing techniques Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Proficiency in computer. Familiarity with employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and managing conflict resolution Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel administration tasks Scheduler Responsibilities & Duties Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for employees and executives, taking into account priorities and availability Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all parties involved are notified in a timely manner Assess and optimize schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize conflicts Act as a point of contact for scheduling requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving conflicts as needed Collaborate with other departments to gather information and coordinate schedules for projects and initiatives Maintain and update schedule management systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data Prepare and distribute relevant documentation for scheduled appointments and meetings Monitor and track attendance and punctuality, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary Generate reports and analyze data related to scheduling activities for management review Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in scheduling software and best practices Join us in shaping a vibrant workplace where your skills in human resources management and workforce coordination will make a meaningful impact!
