Job Description
Job Summary With a patient centered culture, the Patient Scheduler will provide a positive experience to our customer and patients through a detail oriented scheduling and coordination of multiple specialty procedures. This role will collect and key departmental charges, complete financial audits and collect data relative to benchmarks. Responsibilities Efficiency Demonstrate proficiency of the scheduling process with accuracy and strategic planning working with the multiple disciplines. Time Management Meets productivity standards that have been established for the position and/or department. Prioritizes multiple tasks. Completes assignments per protocol or as directed. Embraces new and innovative approaches that will improve efficiency. Planning Organize strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes by optimizing allocated resources and utilizing strong time management skills. Presentation Demonstrate a positive experience to all others by maintaining a clean, organized and professional work environment. Job Skills Possesses sufficient skills to perform the job in an efficient and effective manner. Can demonstrate skills and knowledge in day-to-day situations, including the use of equipment associated with job responsibilities.
