Job Description

Webster Fulfillment is currently seeking: A Receiving Administrator who is responsible for supporting the Inbound Supervisor and team in day-to-day operations with incoming items and communicating with vendors. Receiving Associates are responsible for separating inventory by size on behalf of our e-Commerce clients, as well as counting and sorting items to ensure correct placement and shipment to customers nationwide. A day in the life:
Utilizing vital company shipping websites, in addition to email and general computer functions (spreadsheets, reports, etc). Communicating and collaborating with other departments to problem solve, with a focus on customer satisfaction and order completion. Responsible for measuring items and adding info into Excel spreadsheets. Communicating with vendors and our e-Commerce clients daily. Managing quality assurance of products and ensuring all items are accounted for and have swiftly moved through the Inbound process. Be available to assist in other areas of the facility, including inventory, shipping, and packaging when needed.
Skills & Requirements:
Must be computer-savvy and able to troubleshoot general computer programs when necessary. Must have proven record of customer service experience. Working knowledge of G Suites. Must be able to consistenly lift and move heavy boxes/freight throughout a normal shift. Ranging from 15-50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Great accuracy and attention to detail. Previous customer service experience. Ability to use a tablet.
Good to know:
Pay is biweekly; every other Friday. Wear what you feel comfortable in, closed toe closed heel shoes are required.

M-F 8am-5pm.
