As we continue to expand, TAG is seeking a Purchasing & Receiving Associate to join our growing Operations team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to operational excellence.

Position Overview:

The Purchasing & Receiving Associate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating logistics, communicating to internal teams of expected delivery and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites across the U.S. and abroad. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records. Organize and package equipment to be shipped out of our HQ Offload and load trucks using a forklift. Coordinate freight logistics, including international shipments and customs documentation. Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving delivery or logistics challenges. Communicate to internal teams all updates on equipment for various sites Build controls and equipment submittals based on engineering needs. Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock control and reconciliation. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, receiving, & warehouse operation. Strong understanding of purchasing and inventory control processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP or purchasing systems. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding suppliers and logistics. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
